10- minute AMRAP
1. 2x weighted* walking lunges
2. 2x renegade-row push-ups
3. 20x hop-overs
Complete as many rounds as possible with good form in 10 minutes.
And don’t forget your bonus burpee at the end!
*I am using 10-lb. dumbbells. You may need to use lighter to heavier weights, depending on your strength and your level of fitness.
If you don’t have weights or you are a beginner, just eliminate the dumbbells and do whatever push-up variation works best for you. As always, if you need any help with modifications, just ask.
