Just a peaceful video showing the beginning of my fitness journey. I literally started from almost NO strength so this is not the very beginning but I did not feel motivated to document earlier as my health was not great,
This is one of two workouts I am currently doing. The other involves push ups, planks, and jump squats. Both with a jog through nature before and after depending on how I’m feeling. That’s the key for me now, how I’m FEELING; not to make an enemy of my own body, but a friend, and listen to it the best I can.
I will post the other workout soon to show progress over time.
I can’t stress enough how important reconnecting with the child in me has been for my health. Not denying it’s wants and needs but making time for them.
